• Position: Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) – Rehab
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,720 - $1,840
• Location: Claremont, NH 03743 (Sullivan County) — occupational therapy jobs in New Hampshire
• Setting: Rehab – Woodlawn Center float
• Start Date: June 8, 2026
• End Date: September 5, 2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Hours per Week: 40 (Guaranteed 35 hours)
• Shift: 8 Hour Days (08:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
• Employment Type: Travel Contract – travel therapy job

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license or ability to obtain New Hampshire state licensure
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in a rehab, hospital, or skilled nursing setting
• Experience with activities of daily living (ADL) training, therapeutic activities, and discharge planning preferred
• Ability to float between units as needed (float pool experience a plus)
• Strong communication, documentation, and interdisciplinary teamwork skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered occupational therapy care

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with physical, cognitive, and psychosocial challenges using evidence-based occupational therapy interventions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes and ADLs
• Provide therapeutic activities, adaptive equipment recommendations, and caregiver/family education
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (PT, SLP, nursing, case management) to optimize patient outcomes and discharge plans
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate, timely clinical records in accordance with facility policies
• Float between units within the Woodlawn Center as needed to cover patient care and maintain continuity of services
