• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,010 - $1,090
• Location: Bentonville, AR 72712 (Bentonville healthcare jobs / Arkansas travel jobs)
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift Duration: 10 Hour Days
• Shift: 10-hour days (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM), plus on-call (approx. 1 day/week, 1 weekend/month)
• Hours per Week: 40

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Operating Room (OR) Tech / Surgical Technologist
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Ability to provide all required certifications and credentials upon submission
• Permanent address must be at least 50 miles from facility (travel assignment eligibility)

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as scrub tech and assist surgeons during a variety of surgical procedures across specialties
• Prepare and maintain sterile fields, surgical instruments, and equipment following sterile technique
• Support perioperative nursing staff, anticipate surgeon needs, and ensure efficient OR flow
• Follow infection control protocols and patient safety standards in the operating room
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond as scheduled to urgent surgical cases

Preferred / Additional Skills

• Experience with multiple surgical specialties (orthopedics, general surgery, ENT, etc.)
• Strong perioperative knowledge, sterile processing, instrument handling, and OR setup skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in fast-paced surgical environments
