CT Technologist (Cath Lab) – 13-week travel assignment in Silver Spring, MD. Seeking an ARRT-registered Cath Lab Tech with BLS/ACLS and cardiac interventional experience to join an acute care hospital near Washington, D.C.

- Setting: Acute Care Hospital – Cardiac Cath Lab
- Duration: 13 weeks (May 18, 2026 – August 17, 2026)
- Shift: 4 x 10-hour day shifts (07:00 – 17:30); Guaranteed 40 hrs/week
- On Call / Weekends: 1 week on-call every 4 weeks; weekend coverage required
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,490 – $2,670

Required Qualifications – Cath Lab / Radiologic Technologist
- Minimum 1 year Cath Lab Tech or Radiologic Technologist experience in a community hospital or acute care setting.
- ARRT (R) certification required; ARRT Advanced Certification preferred.
- Valid state license at time of submission (Maryland license or eligible for MD licensure preferred).
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- CCI RCES or RCIS, Fluoro Permit preferred.
- Experience with trauma level I or II preferred.
- COVID-19 vaccination required (no exemptions); strict no-tobacco policy (nicotine screening).
- Able to provide two supervisor references.
Key Responsibilities – Cardiac Cath Lab Tech / CT Rad Tech
- Perform advanced diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab, including angioplasty, stent placement, and other cardiac interventions.
- Provide technical support for specialized procedures such as TAVR, ECMO assistance, coil embolization, ablations, and complex venous access.
- Monitor patients during procedures with accurate hemodynamic monitoring and EKG lead placement.
- Maintain sterile field and assist as scrub tech during interventional procedures.
- Document procedures, patient status, and charting accurately using Cerner.
- Participate in on-call rotation and weekend coverage as required.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Complete required orientation modules and annual training to meet hospital and regulatory standards.
