Physical Therapist Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of outpatient clinic experience required (outpatient therapy jobs preferred)
• Active Oregon PT license (license pending submissions accepted)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred
• Ability to provide two supervisory references covering at least one year within the last three years
• Must have reliable vehicle for assignment
• Commitment to work 3 of the 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)

Outpatient Physical Therapist Responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient physical therapy services to adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients across a variety of diagnoses
• Provide care for orthopedics (post-op and general pain), neurological rehab, falls/balance, vestibular therapy, persistent pain management, and pelvic health
• Perform thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals
• Utilize adaptive and assistive devices, gait training, extremity mobilization, manual therapy, and pain assessment techniques
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, and injury prevention
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation using Epic EMR
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and uphold high standards of patient-centered care
• Float between units or affiliate hospitals as needed (no on-call or weekend shifts required)
