Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,030 - $2,190 (competitive travel MRI pay)
• Location: Ypsilanti, MI 48197 (near Ann Arbor, MI)
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (May 11, 2026 – August 9, 2026)
• Shift: Monday–Thursday nights, 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM (10-hour shifts) — Night shift MRI technologist role
• Hours per Week: 40
• Employment Type: Travel MRI Tech
• Setting: Hospital MRI unit (Siemens MRI platform)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of MRI technologist experience in a hospital or clinical setting
• Valid MRI certification: ARRT (MRI) or ARMRIT
• Current BLS certification required
• Required: Siemens MRI experience
• Electronic medical record and imaging system experience preferred: Epic, PACS, Powerscribe
• Ability to complete onboarding health and professional requirements for travel assignments

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MRI scans for inpatient and outpatient populations during overnight hours with attention to safety and image quality
• Operate Siemens MRI equipment and troubleshoot routine technical issues
• Prepare patients for MRI procedures; ensure patient safety, comfort, and clear communication throughout the imaging process
• Document patient information, scanning parameters, and imaging results accurately in Epic and PACS systems
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support diagnostic imaging needs
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to hospital policies, infection control, and MRI safety protocols
