Required Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and adaptability for a rural hospital environment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy assessments, treatments, and interventions for neonatal to geriatric patients
• Operate and manage ventilators, airway management, oxygen therapy, and other respiratory equipment
• Respond to respiratory emergencies, including neonatal resuscitation and code situations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards
