• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and perioperative staff

Key Responsibilities (Operating Room / Perioperative)

• Assist surgeons and the perioperative team during a wide range of surgical procedures
• Prepare, organize, and maintain a sterile operating room environment
• Ensure surgical instruments and equipment are properly sterilized, functioning, and available
• Perform instrument counts, pass instruments/implements, and anticipate surgeon needs
• Support patient care before, during, and after surgery in coordination with OR nursing staff
• Adhere to hospital policies, infection control standards, and OR safety protocols
