Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,470 – $1,580
• Location: Fort Walton Beach, FL 32547 — Fort Walton Beach, Florida (Emerald Coast); ideal for travel technologists seeking beach access and outdoor recreation
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (April 13, 2026 – July 13, 2026)
• Shift: 8-hour days, Monday – Friday (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
• Hours per Week: 40
• Employment Type: Travel Contract – Nuclear Medicine Technologist / Radiology Imaging

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist or related imaging role
• Valid Nuclear Medicine Technologist certification (state licensure or ARRT(N) where applicable)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a radiology or nuclear medicine team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety and high-quality patient care
• Experience with SPECT/PET systems and radiopharmaceutical preparation is a plus (preferred, not required)

Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures and ensure accurate, high-quality diagnostic results
• Prepare, handle, and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients following facility protocols and safety guidelines
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot nuclear medicine equipment (gamma cameras, SPECT/PET) safely and efficiently
• Document patient information, procedure details, and imaging results in accordance with facility and regulatory protocols
• Adhere to radiation safety and quality control procedures to protect patients and staff
• Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to deliver excellent diagnostic services
