- Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (June 2, 2026 – September 1, 2026)
- Shift: 12-hour days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
- Hours per Week: 36
- On-Site Position: Yes — no remote options
- On-Call / Floating: No on-call or floating requirement
- Openings: 2 travel MRI tech positions
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an MRI Technologist (Magnetic Resonance Imaging)
- Active ARRT (MRI) certification required
- Experience with breast MRI procedures
- Proficiency operating GE and Siemens MRI scanners
- Familiarity with Meditech EMR preferred (experience with hospital radiology systems a plus)
- Strong patient care, safety, and communication skills for fast-paced clinical environments
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive MRI exams, including breast imaging, in outpatient, hospital, and clinic settings
- Safely and efficiently operate GE and Siemens MRI equipment and related imaging technology
- Position patients, explain procedures, and ensure patient safety and comfort throughout exams
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary radiology team of 7+ staff to deliver high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate imaging records and documentation using Meditech EMR and standard radiology workflows
- Follow unit policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards for MRI procedures
- Contribute to a patient-focused, fast-paced clinical environment while meeting productivity goals
