Required Qualifications

• Active Respiratory Therapist (RT) licensure in Iowa (Minnesota license preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist, preferably in hospital or acute care settings
• Experience performing PAP device setups, including mask fitting and patient education
• Familiarity with Brightree system and iPad operation for clinical documentation and device management
• Experience with ResMed PAP devices and Fisher & Paykel PAP masks preferred
• Knowledge and hands-on experience managing Astral and Trilogy ventilators for patient support and ventilator management
• Ability to complete all onboarding health and professional requirements for travel assignments

Responsibilities

• Perform PAP device setups, including proper mask fitting and patient instruction on PAP therapy
• Conduct oxygen assessments and provide home ventilator support and troubleshooting as needed
• Operate Brightree and iPad-based systems for accurate clinical documentation and device tracking
• Support patients using ResMed and Fisher & Paykel PAP masks; troubleshoot device and mask issues
• Manage Astral and Trilogy ventilators, including setup, monitoring, and basic ventilator management tasks
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure high-quality respiratory care and positive patient outcomes
