Job Details

• Assignment Length: 12 weeks (April 13, 2026 – July 3, 2026)
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,470 – $1,580 (travel PTA, competitive pay)
• Setting: Rehab – Home Health, Hospital, and Community Coverage (in-home care, community rehab services)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
• Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts; guaranteed 40 hours/week
• On Call/Weekend: No on-call; weekend coverage if needed
• Coverage Area: Grant, Hardy, and Pendleton Counties, WV (mileage reimbursed between visits)
• Dress Code: Royal Blue Scrubs

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in West Virginia (required)
• Associate’s Degree from an accredited PTA program
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience as a PTA (home health, outpatient, or rehab experience preferred)
• Experience with HCHB documentation preferred (home health documentation systems)
• Strong communication, flexibility, adaptability, and patient-centered compassion
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license for travel between patient visits (mileage reimbursed)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative care and therapeutic interventions under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following established Plans of Care
• Deliver physical therapy services in home health, hospital, and community settings across assigned counties
• Assess patient progress, document interventions and outcomes accurately—utilize HCHB when applicable
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Adapt treatment approaches to meet the diverse needs of patients in in-home and community settings
