Job Details

• Employment Type: Travel Contract / Travel PT job
• Hours: 40 hours per week (8-hour shifts; 8 hours per shift)
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Weekend/On-call: Every 8 weekends (details discussed during interview)
• Coverage Area: Cambria, Northern Cambria, Indiana County (travel within coverage area)
• On-Site Position
• Mileage Reimbursement: Provided

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy
• Professional certification as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• At least 1 year of experience in a rehab or clinical setting (home health or outpatient rehab experience preferred)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team
• Professional appearance: royal blue/black scrubs or khakis and polo shirt required
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania is preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in home health and rehab settings
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs focused on functional outcomes
• Collaborate with nursing, occupational therapy, social work, and other care team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Document patient progress, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with clinical policies
• Travel within the coverage area to deliver patient care and participate in weekend/on-call rotation as scheduled
