- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,320 - $2,440 (Competitive Travel RN pay)
- Location: Lacey, WA (98503) and surrounding counties: Thurston, Lewis, Mason, Pierce
- Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 5/11/2026 – End: 8/9/2026)
- Shift: Days, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Washington licensure or multistate compact RN license preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of home health nursing experience with a Medicare-certified facility or home health agency
- Familiarity and proven documentation experience with HCHB EMR
- Ability to travel within Thurston, Lewis, Mason, and Pierce counties (valid driver’s license and reliable transportation)
- Strong assessment, care planning, and patient education skills for home health settings
Responsibilities – Home Health RN / Travel RN
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered home health nursing care to adult and/or geriatric patients in assigned territories
- Complete productivity expectations: 6 points per day (30 points per week)
- Perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement appropriate nursing interventions
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members, including therapists, social workers, and case managers to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in HCHB EMR and ensure compliance with Medicare-certified home health documentation standards
- Participate in on-call or weekend rotations as required (details TBD)
