- Shift: 10 Hour Days (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM)

- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,870 – $1,970

Job Requirements / Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered RN license (U.S.)
- At least 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience (perioperative nursing)
- Experience with vascular, plastics reconstructive (DIEP flaps/microsurgery), robotics (bariatric, GYN, general, colorectal), and orthopedics (total joints) preferred
- BLS certification (required)
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills; ability to function as a circulating nurse and/or scrub nurse
Responsibilities
- Circulate and/or scrub in a variety of surgical procedures including vascular, plastics, robotics, orthopedics, and general surgery
- Provide perioperative nursing care as a circulating nurse or scrub nurse to support optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to coordinate patient care in the OR
- Maintain strict sterile technique, surgical count procedures, and infection control protocols
- Monitor patient status intraoperatively and respond effectively to emergencies and changing conditions
- Document all aspects of patient care accurately and promptly in the patient chart or electronic medical record (EMR)
- Participate in pre-op and post-op patient assessments and handoffs as required
