• Setting: 22-OR suite, non-trauma hospital — perioperative / surgical RN environment
• Scrubs Provided

Job Requirements

• Active RN license (Registered Nurse) in the United States
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN / perioperative nursing experience
• Experience in at least one service line: neuro/spine, cardiac, ortho, general, or robotic surgery (cardiac experience required for cardiac service line)
• Ability to work weekends (Saturday–Monday schedule)
• Strong teamwork, flexibility, and self-direction suitable for a fast-paced OR environment
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR and perioperative documentation is a plus

Responsibilities (OR RN / Perioperative Nurse)

• Circulate and/or scrub for a wide variety of surgical procedures including appendectomies, cholecystectomies, spine fusions, total joint replacements, craniotomies, mastectomies, and DIEP flaps
• Provide perioperative patient care in collaboration with surgeons, anesthesia, and the multidisciplinary surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech EMR and adhere to perioperative charting standards
• Follow all safety, sterile technique, and infection control protocols in the operating room
• Demonstrate flexibility, a positive attitude, and strong problem-solving skills in a high-volume surgical environment
