Travel Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) in Mountlake Terrace, WA — 13-week contract with competitive weekly pay and coverage across Everett, Monroe, and Smokey Point. Join a dedicated dialysis team providing in-center hemodialysis care in the Puget Sound region.

Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,200 – $2,310 (competitive travel RN pay)
• Location: Mountlake Terrace, WA (coverage at Everett, Monroe, and Smokey Point clinics as needed)
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks — May 11, 2026 to August 10, 2026
• Shift: 10-hour shifts, AM & PM; flexible scheduling Monday – Saturday
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
• Employment Type: Travel RN, On-Site, In-Center Hemodialysis

What We're Looking For — Dialysis Nurse Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; prior dialysis (hemodialysis) experience required
• Experience in acute or ambulatory nursing preferred
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Washington State Board of Nursing or Multi-State Compact RN license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification (AHA)
• Ability to work at multiple clinic locations (Mountlake Terrace, Everett, Monroe, Smokey Point)
• Flexible to work AM or PM shifts based on staffing needs

Dialysis RN Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality in-center hemodialysis treatments and nursing care for patients with chronic kidney disease
• Monitor vascular access sites (AV fistula/graft), vital signs, and treatment outcomes; respond to changes in patient condition
• Provide patient and family education on dialysis care, fluid management, and kidney health
• Supervise Dialysis Technicians and ensure adherence to clinical protocols and infection control standards
• Adjust treatment plans per standing orders and individualized care plans
• Administer medications and document treatments accurately in the electronic health record
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and collaborate with multidisciplinary nephrology teams (nephrologists, dietitians, social workers)
