• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020 – $2,130

Qualifications / Job Requirements

• Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room RN experience (ER nurse experience preferred)
• Operating knowledge of Electronic Medical Records; T-System and CPSI experience preferred
• Must pass nursing medication test
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact professionally with patients, physicians, and staff
• Basic computer skills and accurate clinical documentation
• Willingness to float to Med-Surg as needed (cross-training opportunities)

Responsibilities / Emergency Nurse Duties

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced emergency setting
• Perform triage quickly and accurately according to ED protocols
• Monitor and assess patient status; communicate changes to physicians and care teams
• Administer medications and treatments safely and in accordance with facility policies
• Document care thoroughly in the EMR (T-System/CPSI workflow)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and cross-train in other nursing departments as needed
• Maintain professionalism, compassion, and patient advocacy in all interactions
