• Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts (days/varied)

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Orthodontic Assistant or similar clinical dental role
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts
• Compliance with applicable State and Federal laws, regulations, and clinic policies governing dental care
• Strong communication, patient-focused skills, and teamwork in a dental clinic environment

Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontists and dental team with orthodontic procedures and patient care in the clinic
• Maintain a safe, sterile, and organized clinical environment for orthodontic patients
• Prepare, set up, and organize instruments and materials for orthodontic treatments
• Support the clinical team and circulator during surgical or specialized procedures as needed
• Participate in on-call duties and ensure continuity of care during assigned shifts
• Ensure adherence to all health care regulations and clinic policies for patient safety
