Travel LPN Job Requirements

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Availability to work three scheduled 12-hour night shifts per week

Medical-Surgical LPN Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in an inpatient medical-surgical setting
• Monitor patient conditions, identify changes, and communicate concerns promptly to the registered nurse and healthcare team
• Administer medications and treatments within the scope of LPN practice
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, comfort measures, and patient education
• Collaborate with registered nurses, providers, rehabilitation professionals, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team
