Opportunity:
Physical Therapist - Outpatient
Job Details:
• 8-hour shifts with varied start times between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM
• Treat 10-12 scheduled patients per day in a 1:1 care setting
• Work in an outpatient care setting with access to inpatient, acute rehab, and skilled units on campus
• Collaborate daily with a team of PTAs, OTs, and SLPs
• Weekend requirement of 2 weekends per 13-week assignment: Saturday full day (with a comp day during the week) and Sunday ortho or stroke coverage only
• No holiday requirements; volunteering is optional
• Cancellation policy allows up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment
• Dress code: Business casual - khakis and polo
• Charting system: Epic (prior Epic experience preferred)
• Required certifications: BLS
• Minimum 1 year of experience in specialty required
• Previous travel experience required for outpatient placement
• Daily productivity goal of 70% for inpatient therapists
• Orientation includes shadowing on day 1, followed by independent patient coverage beginning day 2
