Job Details:

• Work 3x12 hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Various days of the week scheduling
• Weekend shifts required per unit needs (minimum 5 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule)
• On-call duties required per unit needs
• Float within scope to meet facility needs between like units
• 2 years of experience required with circulator experience for cesarean sections
• First-time travelers accepted
• Required certifications: NRP, ACLS, BLS, AWHONN Intermediate (hard requirement - must have in hand or provide proof of enrollment)
• Colorado or compact RN license required
• Epic charting system experience
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Experience in clinical leadership and desire to mentor RNs preferred
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Work in 10-bed unit with 5 labor & delivery and 5 postpartum rooms
• Care for neonates and adults
• Must be preclosed on housing prior to submission
• Maximum 10 RTO days approved per 13-week contract
• Specific blackout periods for RTO requests
• Complete facility-specific modules within first week (approximately 4 hours)

The facility features a modern 10-bed unit with dedicated labor and delivery rooms and postpartum accommodations. The organization offers interdisciplinary support services including respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, and radiology to ensure comprehensive patient care throughout the birthing process.
