Opportunity:
RN - Cardiac Cath Lab
Job Details:
• Minimum 2 years of experience required; unit does not accept first-time travelers
• Epic charting system experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Call requirements: 5 weekdays and 1 weekend every 6 weeks
• Weekends included in call requirements
• Floating within facility and scope of practice as needed
• Maximum 7 days of requested time off per contract; all RTO must be finalized at time of submission
• Holiday work expectations: if 1-2 major holidays fall within assignment period, traveler is expected to work all of them; if 3 major holidays fall within assignment period, traveler is expected to work 2 of them
• Major holidays include: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve/New Year's Day
• Patients served include adults and geriatrics
• Required skills include: Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab, Diagnostic and Interventional Catheterizations, Left and Right Heart Catheterization, Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz Monitoring, Procedural Sedation Administration and Monitoring, Interpretation and Management of Dysrhythmias, and Scrub Procedures
