Opportunity:

Home Health PT - Seaside OR and Surrounding Areas

Job Details:

• 8-hour day shifts (4x10 and 3x12 schedules cannot be accommodated)
• May visit up to 6 patients per day with 30 productivity points standard
• 1:1 patient ratio
• No weekend requirement
• No on-call requirement
• Guaranteed hours: Facility may call off up to one shift per pay period (every two weeks)
• 1 year of skilled home health experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Local candidates accepted within 50-75 mile radius
• Traveler must have their own reliable transportation
• Occasional maximum travel radius of approximately 60 miles (60-90 minute total drive time) per day
• System groups clients to minimize drive and windshield time
• Oasis experience required
• Charting system: EPIC Remote Client for Home Health (on laptop) and Rover (phone app)/Oasis
• Attire: Business casual; no jeans; scrubs allowed but not required (no specific color)
• Mileage reimbursement provided at IRS standard rate
• Free parking
• Required certification: BLS
• Required skills include: Acute Care, Outpatient Clinic, Rehabilitation, Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Body Mechanics, Home Exercise Program, Patient/Family Education, and various orthopedic and neurological condition management
