Job Details:
• Acute care experience required - hardstop requirement
• Inpatient Rehab experience preferred
• Must have Washington state license in hand
• 1 year of experience required
• Expected patient load: 8-9 patients per day
• Float between units required: acute, medical, ICU and IRF
• Weekend coverage required: 1 weekend every 4 weeks rotation
• No on-call responsibilities
• No block schedules required
• Must be self-driven, hard worker, and work well with team members
• Must be flexible to work between all areas and pick up extra patients as needed
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Required skills: Acute Care, Adult Rehabilitation Facility, Edema Massage, Functional splints, Kinesiotaping, Orthoplast, Static splints
• Must be independent with good time management skills
• Scrub color: Any color allowed on all units
• Free parking provided
• Reduced non-billable orientation: 0 hours vs standard 40 hours
• Average 16 hours of non-billable modules required pre-start

This healthcare facility is a short-term acute care hospital and Level III Trauma Center with 104 staffed beds. As a regional hospital, the facility provides comprehensive care across multiple units including acute care, medical, ICU, and an 8-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility. The occupational therapy department serves diverse patient populations with diagnoses including multi-trauma, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke, surgical, orthopedic, Parkinson's, and multiple sclerosis cases. The facility maintains a close-knit, collaborative team environment and utilizes Epic charting systems.
