Job Details:

• Work 4x10 day shifts with flexible start times (7am, 9am, 11am, 3pm)
• Call required: approximately 48-56 hours per 6-week schedule (6-7 eight-hour shifts per 6 weeks)
• 2 years of experience required
• First-time travelers allowed
• Must have ortho and spine experience
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS (preferred)
• Must have Epic charting system experience (hard stop requirement)
• Circulate for: ENT, General Surgery, Total joints, Neuro/Spine, OB/GYN, Ortho, Plastics, Post-op, Pre-op
• Scrub for: Vascular procedures
• No CVOR, neuro, or robotics required
• Prefer RNs who can scrub proficiently
• Handle adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• 40% inpatient, 60% ambulatory/outpatient cases
• Standard community hospital surgical cases
• 8 operating rooms available
• Experience required in: Ortho, Spine, Vascular, ENT, General, Gyn procedures

This community hospital provides comprehensive surgical services with a full-service operating room featuring 8 rooms. The facility handles a diverse range of surgical procedures from routine outpatient cases to complex inpatient surgeries. The hospital maintains modern surgical equipment and Epic electronic health record systems, ensuring quality patient care across multiple specialties including orthopedics, spine, vascular, ENT, general surgery, and gynecology.
