Opportunity:

OP/IP Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• Work five 8-hour shifts per week from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• No weekend requirements
• No on-call requirements
• Holiday coverage may occasionally be required
• Floating within scope to meet facility needs or between like units and sister facilities may be required
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• First-time travelers not accepted; travel experience required
• South Carolina or Multi-State Compact Physical Therapist license required at start of contract
• Required certifications: BLS
• Both outpatient and inpatient experience required
• Treats adult patient population
• Charting system: Epic
• Scrub color: Pewter
• Free parking available
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• All requested time off must be submitted at time of submission

Facility:

This is a hospital-based facility offering both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services. The facility utilizes Epic for charting and supports a multidisciplinary approach to patient care. The rehab unit serves adult patients and provides a collaborative environment for physical therapists to deliver high-quality care across both inpatient and outpatient settings.
