Opportunity:
Mobile MRI Tech at Rutledge Tower
Job Details:
• 11-week contract
• Work 4x10 shifts, Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Will work holidays if they fall on a scheduled shift
• No on-call required
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks (guaranteed hours)
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT
• Siemens experience required
• Level 1 Trauma experience preferred
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Scrub color: Teal top, black bottom
• Radiation badge not required
• Patient population includes adults and geriatrics
• Skills required include: MRI of abdomen, brain, cervical, pelvis, extremities, and spine; gradient echo imaging; MRA/MRV; MRCP; perfusion imaging; image post-processing; preparation and/or administration of contrast media; starting peripheral IVs; use of surface coils; T-1 and T-2 weighted images; multiplanar reconstruction; and maximum intensity projection
• Interdisciplinary support available including interpretation services, radiology, and unit secretary
