Opportunity:

Cath Lab Tech

Job Details:

• Minimum 2 years of experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
• Travel experience required
• Patient population includes adults and geriatrics
• 3 rooms with 5 beds; average daily caseload of 5-10 patients
• Procedures include diagnostic cath, PCI, orbital atherectomy, IABP, Impella, and device implants; no EP studies or ablations
• EKG settings and experience required including obtaining vitals and sinus node rhythms
• Pacemaker experience preferred
• Required experience with GE Discovery, IABP, Impella, and CSI
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and RCIS, RCES, or ARRT CV
• Required charting system: Epic; Merge preferred; Pyxis and SBAR also used
• Scrubs provided by the facility
• Every other weekend required unless otherwise specified
• 10 call days per month required
• Floating required within department and facility, with possibility of floating to sister campus
• Holiday coverage required based on number of major holidays falling within assignment period
• Maximum 7 days of requested time off per contract; all RTO must be finalized at time of submission
• Georgia or Compact nursing license required at time of submission
