Cath Lab Tech Days

Job Details:

• Work 4 10-hour day shifts per week
• Weekend, overnight, and holiday call required
• 1 year minimum experience required
• First-time travelers are welcome
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, ARRT (R) or CCI (RCIS)
• Charting system experience required; experience with Epic and Pyxis preferred
• Scrubs provided in Royal Blue
• Expected to float to like units within scope of practice based on facility needs
• Skills required include: Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab, Cardiac Implant Closure Device, Cardiac Stent Placement, Diagnostic Catheterizations (Adult), IABP Placement/Removal, Interpretation of Dysrhythmias, Left and Right Heart Catheterization, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA), Rotablator Atherectomy, Scrub Procedures, Equipment Setup, Recognition of Life-Threatening Arrhythmias, Room Circulator, Sterile Field Maintenance, Isolation Precautions/PPE, and Sterile Technique
• Patient population includes middle and older adults

This healthcare facility features a dedicated Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory offering a full range of diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures. The unit is equipped to handle complex cardiovascular cases and maintains high standards for patient care and sterile technique. The facility supports both new and experienced travelers, providing a collaborative environment with interdisciplinary team support.
