PT - Outpatient

Job Details:

• Day shift schedule working 5 x 8-hour shifts
• No weekend shifts required
• Pelvic floor therapy experience required
• PRPC or WCS certification required or actively working towards certification
• 3 to 5 years of experience preferred
• Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice required
• CPR or BLS certification required from an approved vendor
