Opportunity:
Home Health OT - East Portland OR and Surrounding Areas
Job Details:
• 8-hour day shifts (4x10s and 3x12s cannot be accommodated)
• May visit up to 6 patients per day with 30 productivity points standard
• No weekend requirement
• No on-call requirement
• Guaranteed hours: Facility may call off up to one shift per pay period (every two weeks)
• 1 year of skilled home health experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Local candidates accepted; considered local within 50-75 mile radius
• Traveler must have their own transportation
• Occasional maximum radius of roughly 60 miles (60-90 minute total drive time) per day; system groups clients to minimize drive and windshield time
• OASIS experience required
• Attire: Business casual; no jeans; scrubs allowed but not required with no specific color requirement
• Charting system: EPIC Remote Client for Home Health (on laptop) and Rover (phone app)/OASIS
• Mileage reimbursement at IRS standard rate
• Parking is free
• Required certification: BLS
• Patient population includes adults and geriatrics with diagnoses including dementia, Parkinson's, ALS, MS, ortho post-op, and post-stroke
• Required skills include infection prevention and fall/risk assessment
• Preferred skills include OASIS documentation, billing, national patient safety goals/core measures, and home health experience
