Opportunity:

Physical Therapist (Outpatient)

Job Details:

• Work 5x8 shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday
• See an average of 10 patients per day Monday through Thursday and 5 patients on Friday
• Sessions are scheduled every 45 minutes, including evaluations, with a 1:1 patient ratio
• Double booking is avoided unless accommodating patient scheduling requests, with a maximum of 1-2 double bookings per day; Medicare patients are never double booked
• No weekend requirements
• No on-call requirements
• Holiday coverage may occasionally be required
• Float within scope to meet facility needs or between sister facilities may be required
• Minimum 1 year of experience required; first-time travelers accepted with outpatient setting experience
• South Carolina or Multi-State Compact Physical Therapist license required at start of contract
• Required certifications: BLS
• Charcoal gray scrubs required
• Charting completed in Epic
• Free parking available
• Guaranteed hours subject to facility calling off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• All requested time off must be submitted at time of application

Facility:

This is a hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation unit located off the main hospital campus. The facility offers a structured and patient-focused environment with a strong emphasis on individualized care, maintaining a 1:1 therapist-to-patient ratio. The outpatient rehab setting provides physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, supported by modern technology including Epic charting and complimentary on-site parking.
