RN - Med/Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Night shift position working 3 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Schedule must be one of the following combinations: Friday/Saturday/Sunday or Saturday/Sunday/Monday
• Thursday/Friday/Saturday and Sunday/Monday/Tuesday schedules will not be considered
• 36 hours guaranteed per week
• Minimum of 18 months permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
• Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS — all must be active and in hand at time of submission
• ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment will be completed during orientation with a maximum of 2 attempts to pass
• One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty from the past 12 months is required

The Med/Surg Telemetry unit is supported by interdisciplinary teams and provides nurses with the resources and environment needed to deliver exceptional care to patients requiring close cardiac monitoring alongside general medical-surgical treatment.
