• 4x10 shift schedule working 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room RN experience required
• PALS training will be provided upon arrival
• ACLS and BLS certifications must be in hand at time of submission
• Permanent Ohio license or Compact license required in hand at time of submission
• Pediatric experience required
• At least one recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty is required
• Smoke-free facility and campus
• Return staff must wait at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
