Opportunity:
Physical Therapist - Outpatient/Acute Care
Job Details:
• Shared position between Corvallis and Albany locations depending on patient need
• Must be able to travel to multiple points of care
• Evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions causing decline in physical mobility or functional independence
• Provide specialty care across a wide range of patient populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, neurological, and women's health
• Treat patients in both acute and outpatient care settings
• Work with a complex patient census ranked among the top 5 in acuity in the state
• Utilize cutting edge outpatient clinic equipment including separate adult and pediatric gyms and an underwater treadmill
• Provide outpatient services at the cancer care center location as needed
• Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required

This facility is home to a comprehensive rehabilitation team offering specialty care services spanning from pediatrics to geriatrics across both acute and outpatient settings. The acute care services are centered within a 160-bed Level 2 trauma center, while the outpatient clinic features state-of-the-art equipment and dedicated spaces for diverse patient needs. The organization also provides outpatient rehabilitation services through a newly constructed cancer care center, reflecting a commitment to delivering high-quality, specialized care across multiple service lines.
