Job Details:

• Monday through Friday day shift schedule with 4 x 10-hour shifts
• Shifts are volume-dependent and may extend as late as 7:00 PM or 8:00 PM based on patient volumes
• Schedule will be discussed with manager during interview
• No on-call required
• Must be proficient with Varian TrueBeam Linear Accelerator - this is a hard requirement
• Epic charting system experience required within the last 12 months - must be clearly documented on profile
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Required certifications: ARRT (T), BLS
• Serves adult and geriatric patient populations with cancer-related diagnoses
• Center operates with 2 therapists per linac with an average of 35 patients per day across 3 linacs
• Skills include IMRT, Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS), External Beam Therapy, CBCT/kV/mV imaging, Radiation Safety, and TrueBeam operation
• Interdisciplinary support available including Physical Therapy, Pharmacy, Social Services, Rapid Response Teams, and Lift Teams
• Travel experience required

Facility:

This facility is a radiation oncology center equipped with 3 linear accelerator rooms and a daily census of approximately 100 patients. The center provides comprehensive cancer-related treatments and operates with a multidisciplinary support team including physical therapy, interpretation services, phlebotomy, social services, and pharmacy. The facility utilizes Epic as its primary charting system and supports a wide range of advanced radiation therapy procedures.
