Opportunity:
RN/Tech - Cath Lab
Job Details:
• Work 4 x 10-hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Float policy limited to prep and recovery areas only
• Work in an 11-procedure room unit including 5 cath, 4 EP, and 2 hybrid OR rooms
• Patient ratio of 1 patient to 3 staff
• RNs must monitor and circulate cath lab and/or EP procedures
• Techs must scrub and monitor cath lab and/or EP procedures
• Perform or assist with cath lab procedures including diagnostic, PCI, Rotoblator, laser atherectomies, ECMO, TAVR, MitrClips, Watchman, IVUS, FFR, complex PCI, CTO, Shockwave, and Penumbra
• Perform or assist with EP lab procedures including EP studies, pacemakers, ICD, ablations, Micra pacemakers, loop recorders, and lead extractions including laser lead extractions
• Utilize GE and Philips X-ray systems, Volcano IVUS/FFR, and Merge Hemo equipment
• Document using Merge Hemo and Meditech systems
• Minimum 2 years of cath lab and/or EP lab experience required
• Required certifications for RNs: RN license, BLS, ACLS
• Required certifications for Technologists: RCIS, RCES, or RT(R), ACLS, BLS
• Scrubs required as dress code
