Opportunity:

RN - NICU

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• 4 weekend shifts required per 4-week schedule
• No on-call responsibilities
• Patient ratios of 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, or 1:4 (rare)
• Level II-III NICU experience required; Level III-IV experience preferred
• Work with equipment including HFOV, central lines, conventional vents, CPAP, NIPPV, and ostomy care
• Document using CPN and Meditech EMR systems
• Perform procedures including surgery (except heads/hearts), respiratory support, and micropreemie care
• Float to nursery as needed
• Teamwork-oriented personality a strong fit for this unit
• Required certifications: BLS, NRP
• Dress code: Royal blue scrubs

This facility is a modern medical center featuring a 41-bed NICU staffed by a team of 60 dedicated professionals. The unit operates with experienced charge nurses and multiple registered nurses on both day and night shifts, ensuring comprehensive around-the-clock care for neonatal patients. The facility provides advanced neonatal services ranging from Level II through Level IV care, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and technology to support the most vulnerable patient population.
