Opportunity:

NICU/PICU RRT

Job Details:

• Night shift position working 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend required, with at least every other Sunday scheduled or more
• Friday and Saturday nights required for weekend coverage
• Block scheduling available for weekends only (Friday through Sunday)
• Maximum of 5 days of time off requests allowed, must be submitted at time of application
• Minimum 2 years of experience in NICU or PICU specialty required
• First-time travelers accepted with 2 years of specialty experience
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Ohio single state or multi-state nursing license required
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Candidates may float within the hospital, potentially to Liberty campus
• Work with patient populations including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, and adults
• Special equipment includes ventilators (Servo's, Trilogy, LTVs, Oscillator), high flow, non-invasive support, nitric oxide, airway clearance devices (IPV, Vest, Cough Assist), and Metaneb
• Interdisciplinary support available including IV Teams, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Pharmacy, Rapid Response Teams, and more
• Supervisor reference within the past 2 years required
• Copy of all certifications required in submission profile

This large pediatric healthcare facility operates 762 beds and provides specialized care across multiple units including PICU, NICU, CICU, Med-Surg, Orthopedics, Pulmonary, Asthma, BMT, and Transitional Care. The facility offers comprehensive interdisciplinary support services and is equipped with advanced medical technology to support complex patient care needs across neonatal, pediatric, and adolescent populations.
