Opportunity:

RN - Medical/Surgical (or applicable unit based on submission context)

Job Details:

• Day shift position working 3x12-hour shifts per week (36 hours per week)
• Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients or assigned patient groups according to established standards of care
• Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Coordinate care with other disciplines utilizing critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment
• Collect and analyze patient assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues
• Develop and implement care plans with interventions to attain patient outcomes
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to deliver safe and compassionate care
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
• Delegate and coordinate duties of healthcare team members appropriately
• Provide health information and education to patients, families, and treatment team
• EPIC experience required
• Holiday RTO will not be approved
• Minimum 2 years of recent nursing experience required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Acute care facility experience preferred
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS)
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in state of practice required
