MRI Tech

Job Details:

• Primarily mid shift schedule: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
• Occasional day shift or evening shift coverage may be required based on staffing needs
• Technologists will not be scheduled past 9:30 PM
• No on-call requirements
• No overnight shifts
• No weekend shifts - Monday through Friday schedule
• 1 year of MRI experience required
• Perform high-quality MRI examinations on both inpatient and outpatient populations
• Support both outpatient and inpatient imaging services in a collaborative team environment
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and exceptional customer service throughout the imaging process
• Collaborate effectively with MRI technologists, nursing staff, charge technologists, and MRI safety personnel
• Siemens MRI experience required, including XA30 software experience (current environment utilizes XA60)
• Experience with Siemens MRI Scanners including 3T VIDA and 1.5T SOLA required
• IV insertion and IV skill competency is a plus
• Experience supporting both inpatient and outpatient MRI workflows preferred
• EPIC charting system experience required
• Scrub color: Any shade of blue
• Patient age groups served: Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics
• Required certifications: ARRT MR and BLS
• Previous charge experience preferred

This acute care hospital operates 438 staffed beds and provides comprehensive imaging services including MRI support for both inpatient and outpatient populations. The facility features a highly collaborative MRI team supported by staff technologists, charge technologists, an MRI Safety Officer, and registered nurses.
