Scrub Exp IR RN

Job Details:

• Interventional Radiology position requiring applicable IR experience as an ARRT (VI) technologist or Cardiovascular Technologist
• An ARRT (R) IR Technologist with scrub experience will also be considered
• IR RNs with scrub experience will be considered
• ARRT (VI) certification preferred
• On-call required with rotating weekend coverage and rotating one evening per week
• Weekend on-call shifts required
• Block schedules are not required
• Position does not float between units
• 48-hour shifts are not approved
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required
• Compact nursing license must be in hand at time of submission
• Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
• Charting system experience required; Epic charting system used at facility
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Required skills: Interventional Radiology, Angioplasty, Carotid Stenting, Upper and Lower Extremity Angiography, Interpretation/Management of Dysrhythmias, Pressure Ulcer Assessment/Prevention, Sheath Removal/Monitoring, Vascular Closure Systems (Perclose, StarClose), Radiation and Laser Safety, Richmond Agitation-Sedation Scale
• Scrub color: Any color for RNs
• No parking fee

This facility is a Short Term Acute Care hospital operating as both a Level II Trauma Center and a Level II Pediatric Trauma Center.
