Opportunity:

CST - CVOR

Job Details:

• CVOR experience is mandatory with a minimum of 2 travel assignments required - no exceptions
• Must have extensive expertise and experience in the scrub role
• Perform procedures including CABG, Valve Replacement, VAD Insertions, TAVR, VATS, Lobectomy, Pacemaker/AICD Insertions, Septal Myectomy, Ross Procedure, EVH, IABP Insertions, Femoral Cannulation, and Circulatory Arrest
• All cases require 1 scrub and 1 circulator; pump cases also require a first assist/Heart Holder (RN or CST)
• First assist experience and proficiency preferred but not required
• Work within a 6 OR unit environment
• On-call shifts will be assigned and rotated among staff
• Floating to other areas may be required on an infrequent basis
• Documentation system: Cerner
• Equipment used: Stryker
• Hospital will provide scrubs; hospital surgical attire policy must be followed
• Required certifications: CST, BLS
