RN - Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Flexible shift options available including 8, 10, or 12-hour day shifts
• Primary schedule is 4x10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• On-call requirement of 4-5 shifts per month with 1 weekend per month
• Cancellation policy: 4 shifts per 13-week assignment or 3 shifts for assignments less than 13 weeks
• Minimum 2 years of cath lab experience required
• Preferred experience in circulating, monitoring in Mac Lab, and scrubbing
• Preferred case experience in interventional, structural, and EP procedures
• Unit handles 40-50 cases per day across 11 labs
• Charting system: Epic
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• BSN not required
• Acute care setting
• Level I Trauma designation

This is a very large, busy 719-bed Level I Trauma center operating 11 cath labs and handling 40-50 cases per day. The facility offers a high-demand environment with exposure to a wide variety of complex cases including interventional, structural, and EP procedures, making it an excellent opportunity for experienced cath lab nurses seeking to expand their clinical expertise.
