CT Tech

Job Details:

• 13-week contract assignment
• 4x10 day shifts with alternating days and weekends
• Some on-call requirements as well as some holidays
• On-call is infrequent, no more than 1 day per week
• Perform CT, Fluoroscopy, and OR imaging procedures
• Work with patient age groups including adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
• Experience with radiology charting systems required; any system accepted
• Proficiency with imaging equipment including GE, Philips, Siemens, and Toshiba preferred
• Skills required include adult acute care, adult outpatient, PACS, abdomen/pelvis/chest/head imaging with and without contrast, isolation precautions/PPE, preparation and administration of contrast media, starting peripheral IVs, and musculoskeletal trauma imaging
• Dress code: Royal blue scrubs
• ARRT certification required
• BLS certification required
• West Virginia license required
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Travel experience preferred
• Must reside more than 75 miles from the facility; local candidates are not eligible

Facility:

This healthcare facility is a community-based medical center offering a broad range of diagnostic imaging and radiology services. The facility supports interdisciplinary care with a strong radiology department and utilizes the CERNER charting system. The organization serves a diverse patient population across multiple age groups and maintains a daily census of approximately 40 patients with up to 120 visits per day.
