Description

Siemens Healthineers is currently seeking candidates for an X-Ray Technologist position that will provide support in Florence, SC. This is a travel healthcare contract assignment with a high likelihood of extension and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Details:
  • Location: Florence, South Carolina
  • Modality: X-Ray
  • Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8:30pm - 7:00am
    • 40 hour work week
  • Role: Work in a robust radiology department on the night shift.
  • Hourly Rate: $39.50 per hour(eligible for benefits)

Requirements:
  • Active ARRT(R) certification
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience within your modality
  • SC License
  • Must live within 60 miles of Florence, South Carolina
About Your Role: As an X-Ray Technologist, you will deliver high-quality diagnostic radiographic services in a variety of clinical settings. You'll work closely with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure clear imaging, patient safety, and compassionate care throughout each procedure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general diagnostic X-ray exams according to physician orders and facility protocols.
  • Ensure proper patient positioning and technique to capture accurate, high-quality images.
  • Maintain a focus on patient comfort, safety, and dignity during all imaging procedures.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and care teams to support timely diagnosis and treatment.
  • Operate and maintain radiographic equipment, performing routine quality checks.
  • Comply with all radiation safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Adapt quickly to new environments and workflows across different healthcare facilities.
