Location: Inglewood, California

Schedule:

• Typically Monday to Friday
• 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM plus on-call duties
• Ideally 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts (flexible as needed)

Job Description

Seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to assist with Angiography Examinations. Candidates should have experience with:

• Line Placements
• Angiograms
• Kyphoplasty
• Percutaneous Nephrostomy Exams
• Familiarity with GE Innova equipment is required

Certification Required: RT(ARRT)

Licenses & Certifications

• Valid professional license/certification (Primary Source Verification required)
• BLS (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
• Driver’s License or State ID
• Prime CA Sexual Harassment Prevention Training (valid for 2 years)
• Prime OIG verification
• Prime SAM/EPLS exclusion check
• Prime Criminal Background Check (within one year)
• Prime Form I-9 (Employment eligibility verification)
• Prime Orientation Packet completion
• Prime Job Description signed
• DCI/BVP certification (or equivalent)

Health & Immunizations

• COVID-19 Vaccine: 2 doses plus booster or declination form
• MMR: Proof of 2 vaccines or positive titer (declinations accepted)
• Hepatitis B vaccination (declinations not accepted)
• Influenza Vaccine: Seasonal flu vaccine or declination required annually
• Varicella: Proof of 2 vaccines or positive titer (declinations accepted)
• Tdap: Proof of vaccination or declination form
• TB Test: Annual testing required
• Annual Respirator Fit Test
• Physical/Health Statement: Annual clearance to work required

Drug Screening

• Prime Drug Screening: Minimum 10-panel urine drug screen (excluding THC) plus psychoactive THC saliva test (California law compliant) within 60 days of start

Testing & Competency

• Prime Core Competencies Exam: Must score 80% or higher
• Prime Specialty Exam (submission required)
• Prime Skills Checklist (submission required)
• Prime Color-blind test (annual)

Additional Requirements

• Prime Agency Attestation (completed after all credentials uploaded)
• Prime Resume and References (submission required)
• Name Verification Affidavit if there are discrepancies between credentials
• Annual TB Questionnaire
• Positive PPD requires negative chest X-ray documentation (optional)
• Prime Badge Photo (optional but recommended)
