Registered Nurse (RN) - Temp Position

Location: Lawton, Oklahoma

Job Description

• Develop and implement total nursing care for patients through assessment, nursing diagnosis, and patient care plans.
• Provide leadership by collaborating with ancillary nursing and other patient care team personnel.
• Maintain professional nursing practice standards in the clinical setting.
• Care for a diverse patient population including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of Medical-Surgical (MS) experience required.
• Must have a current, active Oklahoma nursing license (Compact license allowed).
• Certifications required:

  • BLS (AHA)
  • NIH Stroke Scale (NIH) certification
• Candidates’ permanent address considered; local candidates may be offered a reduced rate.

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Additional Information

• Orientation for nursing travelers starts on Thursdays.
• On-call pay is provided with a minimum of 1 hour.
• Local candidates within 50 miles may be considered with adjusted travel compensation.
• Non-compete policy applies for former direct employees returning through an agency (6-month waiting period).
