Description

Physical Therapist / Occupational Therapist (Outpatient Pelvic Health PT) - Travel Assignment

Location

  • Gainesville, Florida
  • Rehab Magnolia Parke Adult Unit

Employment Type

  • Travel

Contract Length

  • 13 weeks (12/01/2025 to 03/07/2026)

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8-hour day shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Position Summary

  • Evaluate and treat adult patients in medical, surgical, and intermediate care units
  • Provide gait training, functional mobility, therapeutic exercises, and oxygen titration
  • Recommend post-acute care related to therapy needs
  • Provide physical therapy to patients with pelvic health issues such as incontinence, constipation, pregnancy-related back or pelvic pain, and postpartum conditions

Minimum Education & Licensure

  • Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Therapy
  • Current Florida license as Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT)

Experience Requirements

  • Pelvic Health experience required and must be documented in work history
  • Proficiency across therapy services/settings
  • Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Outpatient care experience
  • Familiarity with EPIC EMR system
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Interview Process

  • Interview with Unit Manager

Additional Information

  • No Return to Office (RTO) allowed during the first 2 weeks of the assignment
  • Maximum 8 days allowed for Return to Office submission for this 13-week contract
  • Seasonal Influenza Vaccination Policy for 2025-2026 season: medical exemptions allowed with required documentation; if declined, completion of a module is required
