Location: Fresno, California
Contract Length: 12 weeks
Job Description
- 36-hour guaranteed work week (GWW)
- Shift changed to nights
Required Credentials & Certifications
Personal Health History
- COVID-19 Vaccine: Proof of vaccine and 1 booster or approved exemption (optional)
- MMR: Proof of 2 immunizations or positive IGG titer; if negative titer, booster or declination accepted (required)
- Hepatitis B: Proof of 3 vaccinations, positive antibody titer, or declination accepted; if negative titer, booster or declination accepted (required)
- TB Test: Negative TB skin test, QuantiFERON Gold, or T-spot within 30 days of start; if positive, proof of history, chest x-ray within 5 years, and annual questionnaire required (required)
- Varicella: Proof of 2 immunizations, positive titer, or declination accepted (required)
- Tdap: Proof of vaccination within past 10 years or declination accepted (required)
- Influenza Vaccine: Required October - March unless exempted for medical/religious reasons (required)
- Drug Screen: 9-panel (minus THC) within 30 days of start, updated annually; rapid drug screen accepted (required)
- Health Statement: Signed statement within 1 year of start confirming ability to work without restrictions, updated annually (required)
- Covid Test: Required on start date for clinical staff (optional)
Certifications
- BLS: AHA or ARC only (required)
- ACLS: AHA or ARC only (required)
- NRP: Must be completed through AAP NRP learning platform (required)
- AWHONN/Fetal Heart Monitoring: Required once every 2 years (required)
Professional Credentials
- Driver's License/State ID: Clear copy required; passport accepted (required)
- License/Certificate Verification: Primary source verification of professional license, Nursys, and/or certification within 30 days of start, updated upon expiration (required)
- Criminal Background Check: 7-year county, national, SSN trace, employment verification (5 years), OFAC, NSO; must be within 30 days of start and updated every 3 years (required)
- CHS OIG Search, EPLS, OFAC, National Sex Offender, Medi-Cal Suspended and Ineligible Provider List: Manual searches within 30 days of start and updated annually (required)
- CHS Confirmation of Assignment/Job Description: Must be updated with each extension (required)
- CHS Acknowledgement of Receipt for Policy Packet: Must be signed and dated by candidate (required)
- CHS Dispute Resolution Agreement: Must be signed and dated by candidate (required)
- CHS Badge Photo: Neutral background, forward facing, no facial jewelry (required)
- CHS ROI for MyChart: Must be initialed and signed by candidate (required)
- CHS Any DNS (Do Not Rehire/Send): Attestation of any known record from prior 3 years on agency letterhead (required)
- CHS 2 Professional References: Minimum 1 supervisory reference (required)
- CHS Profile (Resume or Profile): Required for submission
- CHS Skills Checklist: Clinical skill-specific checklist required within 1 year of start (required for submission)

Summary
This is a travel RN position in Labor and Delivery with a 12-week contract in Fresno, CA. The position requires night shifts with a 36-hour guaranteed work week.
